All consultations are by appointment.  We will do our best to make sure any patient is given an appointment as soon as they wish.  However, particularly when doctors/nurses are away, or during epidemics, there may be a delay in routine appointments.  The doctors and nurses work their surgeries on a rota system which means that each doctor/nurse is not available at every session. 

If you cannot keep your appointment, please cancel as soon as possible so that another patient may be booked in your place.  Persistent failure to keep booked appointments will result in removal from the Practice list.
